Rosalie Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can le seuer peas
  • 1 (15 ounce) can french style green beans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix celery, red onions, bell pepper, shoepeg corn, peas and french style green beans.
  • 2 in a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water and bring to a boil.
  • 3 let it cool a bit then add it to the vegetable bowl and stir together.
  • 4 refrigerate until cool then your good to go.
