Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can le seuer peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can french style green beans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, mix celery, red onions, bell pepper, shoepeg corn, peas and french style green beans.
- 2 in a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water and bring to a boil.
- 3 let it cool a bit then add it to the vegetable bowl and stir together.
- 4 refrigerate until cool then your good to go.
