Potato Porage

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 1 lb carrot, peeled
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce
  • pepper
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 boil carrots 15 minutes.
  • 2 add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.
  • 3 while those are boiling, sauté onion till soft; add garlic and finish sautéing.
  • 4 drain water from potatoes and carrots.
  • 5 add onion and garlic.
  • 6 add remaining ingredients.
