Ingredients

- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 1 lb carrot, peeled
- 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce
- pepper
- worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion
- 5 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 boil carrots 15 minutes.
- 2 add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.
- 3 while those are boiling, sauté onion till soft; add garlic and finish sautéing.
- 4 drain water from potatoes and carrots.
- 5 add onion and garlic.
- 6 add remaining ingredients.
