Kielbasa With Peppers & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 16 ounces kielbasa, diced
- 6 medium red potatoes, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and butter in dutch overn; saute peppers and onions.
- 2 remove peppers and onion; place sausage and potatoes in pan. cover and cook, about 25 minutes; add broth, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are about 10 minutes from being tender.
- 3 return peppers and onions to pan, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking until potatoes are just tender. stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
- 4 serve hot.
