Red Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook the rice according to package.
  • 2 cook bacon in another skillet, pat dry and break into pieces.
  • 3 when rice is done add tomato soup, cheese and chopped up bacon.
  • 4 add bacon grease to flavor.
  • 5 stir and serve.
