Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 cook the rice according to package.
- 2 cook bacon in another skillet, pat dry and break into pieces.
- 3 when rice is done add tomato soup, cheese and chopped up bacon.
- 4 add bacon grease to flavor.
- 5 stir and serve.
