Judy's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons or 2 1/2 cups croutons
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 lbs breakfast sausage, cooked drained and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees f.
- 2 on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish layer as follows:.
- 3 croutons.
- 4 1 cup of cheese.
- 5 all of the sausage.
- 6 1 cup of cheese.
- 7 beat the eggs and 2 ¼ cups of milk and pour on top.
- 8 final step is to mix can of soup and half of can of milk and pour on top.
- 9 bake for 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees f.

- 11 can be put together the night before, covered and refrigerated, then baked the next morning.
- 12 is especially good for company or family holidays.
