Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fruit juice
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- ginger ale, for serving
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil; remove from heat, add fruit & lemon juices.
- 2 pour mixture into ice cube trays or loaf or cake pans to partially freeze.
- 3 remove from trays or pans and whip or blend until smooth.
- 4 refreeze or use immediately.
- 5 serve: fill tumbler half to two-thirds full of slush, then cover with gingerale.
