- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
- 1 (11 ounce) canned corn, drained
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
Recipe
- 1 cook meat in skillet over medium heat until browned, drain.
- 2 stir in chili powder.
- 3 stir in undrained tomatoes and corn.
- 4 heat through.
- 5 toast buns, if desired.
- 6 spoon mixture into buns.
