Raspberry - Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks (see note below)
- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup lemonade
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 toss the mango, berries and lemonade in the blender; whirl on medium speed, push fruit down, add sugar or honey; whirl again and add half the milk.
- 2 whirl on high and add remaining milk, yogurt and vanilla; whirl until smooth and free-flowing.
- 3 serve in stemmed glasses.
- 4 note: i used frozen for my recipe, but you could use fresh just as easily. frozen lends that ice cold quality and without ice cubes!
