Raspberry - Mango Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks (see note below)
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 toss the mango, berries and lemonade in the blender; whirl on medium speed, push fruit down, add sugar or honey; whirl again and add half the milk.
  • 2 whirl on high and add remaining milk, yogurt and vanilla; whirl until smooth and free-flowing.
  • 3 serve in stemmed glasses.
  • 4 note: i used frozen for my recipe, but you could use fresh just as easily. frozen lends that ice cold quality and without ice cubes!
