Ingredients
- 5 lbs beef brisket
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef consomme
- 2 cups cups soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 add sauce ingridients into roaster pan.
- 2 toss brisket around in it until coated.
- 3 cover pan with foil.
- 4 cook on 300 for about seven hours.
- 5 remove fat and serve.
