Ginger's 30-minute Chili

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb other ground beef, browned,drained and crumbled
  • 1 can bush's magic chili bean, with seasonings (texas medium or traditional mild)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • chives
  • cracker

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 6 ingredients into large saucepan.
  • 2 bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until onions are clear.
  • 3 top each serving with 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese, dollop of sour cream and chives, if desired.
  • 4 serve with crackers.
