Ginger's 30-minute Chili

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb other ground beef, browned,drained and crumbled
- 1 can bush's magic chili bean, with seasonings (texas medium or traditional mild)
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- chives
- cracker
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients into large saucepan.
- 2 bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until onions are clear.
- 3 top each serving with 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese, dollop of sour cream and chives, if desired.
- 4 serve with crackers.
