- 1 1/2 cups rutabagas, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 -4 drops tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except butter with water to cover in saucepan.
- 2 cook 20-30 minutes, until tender; drain.
- 3 mash with butter and serve immediately.
