- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 steam the carrots in the apple juice in a covered saucepan, on med-low heat until crisp-tender.
- 2 toss with remaining ingredients.
