Morning Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 large red potatoes, washed with skins on, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • tabasco sauce

Recipe

  • 1 put potatoes in microwave safe dish, microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  • 2 heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  • 3 add the cubed potatoes and mix.
  • 4 add dry spices and mix well.
  • 5 sprinkle with worcestershire sauce and mix.
  • 6 turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  • 7 remove from heat and serve with tabasco sauce.
