Easy Southwestern Stroganoff

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 cook beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown, drain.
  • 2 stir in water, salsa, salt and pasta.
  • 3 heat to boiling, reduce heat.
  • 4 cover and simmer about 15 min.
  • 5 ,stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • 6 stir in sour cream, cook until just hot.
