Easy Southwestern Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (4 oz.)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cook beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown, drain.
- 2 stir in water, salsa, salt and pasta.
- 3 heat to boiling, reduce heat.
- 4 cover and simmer about 15 min.
- 5 ,stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- 6 stir in sour cream, cook until just hot.
