Ingredients
- 5 avocados, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 mash with a fork to desired consistency.
- 3 serve immediately.
