Favorite Scalloped Corn Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. butter a 2 1/2 quart - 3 quart casserole dish.
  • 2 mix together all of the ingredients together, until well blended. pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • 3 bake for 50 -55 minutes, until top is golden brown & center is firm.
