Rice And Sour Cream--so Good

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb monterey jack cheese
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 3 cups cooked rice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cut jack cheese in thin strips or grated.
- 2 mix sour cream and chilies.
- 3 butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole well.
- 4 season rice with salt and pepper.
- 5 layer rice, sour cream and cheese strips in order until you finish with rice on the top.
- 6 bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- 7 during the last few minutes add grated cheddar, bake till bubbly and melted.
