Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts With Sherry And Sauce

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 organic chicken breast halves
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4-1/2 cup dry sack medium-dry sherry
  • 1 onions or 1 leek, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place soup, sherry and onion in crock pot.
  • 2 add chicken breasts and spoon sauce over them.
  • 3 cover and cook 4-6 hours on low heat, 6-8 hours on high.
  • 4 serve over rice or pasta.
