- 1 (16 ounce) carton egg beaters egg substitute
- 1/3 cup salsa (you can add less if you like)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green chili
- salt and pepper
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
- 2 heat skillet on low.
- 3 add all of the ingredients and just cook like you would scrambled eggs until mixture is no longer runny and cooked through.
