- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a sauce pan.
- 2 with a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
- 3 slowly whisk in milk.
- 4 cook for 1 minute.
- 5 add cheese, keep whisking until cheese melts.
