Pepper Jack Dipping Sauce

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces shredded monterey jack pepper cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a sauce pan.
  • 2 with a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
  • 3 slowly whisk in milk.
  • 4 cook for 1 minute.
