Helen Smith's Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen green beans, cooked or 1 (16 ounce) can green beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons pimientos, diced (optional)
Recipe
- 1 drain beans.
- 2 combine with soup, milk, pepper and half of the fried onions.
- 3 pour into a 9"x13" casserole dish.
- 4 bake at 350f (175c) for 25 minutes.
- 5 top with remaining fried onions and pimento.
- 6 bake for 5 minutes.
