Green Rice

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg .
  • 2 add milk, parsley, garlic, onion, rice, cheese, curry powder and salt.
