Ingredients

- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat egg .
- 2 add milk, parsley, garlic, onion, rice, cheese, curry powder and salt.
- 3 stir well.
