Rachel's Mexican Dish

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chilies
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef with onion.
  • 2 add soup, sauce, milk, and chilies; heat.
  • 3 line casserole dish with a layer of chips, then layer of meat mixture. repeat layers - ending with meat.
  • 4 cover top with cheese.
  • 5 bake for 40 minutes @ 350*.
