Ingredients

- 1 small onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (15 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (4 ounce) can chilies
- 1 (16 ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef with onion.
- 2 add soup, sauce, milk, and chilies; heat.
- 3 line casserole dish with a layer of chips, then layer of meat mixture. repeat layers - ending with meat.
- 4 cover top with cheese.
- 5 bake for 40 minutes @ 350*.
