French Fried Smelt

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb smelt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/2 cup cracker, finely crushed
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 remove small scales with a sharp knife and slit the fish; clean.
