Steak On A Stick ---- Full Of Flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cubed top butt sirloin (fat removed)
- 1 cup salsa (any one you choose)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup oil (wesson, corn or canola)
Recipe
- 1 the meat may be cubed as you wish, we usually cube 1 1/2" to 2".
- 2 i pay the butcher to cut for me.
- 3 mix all ingredients except meat in large bowl.
- 4 you may skewer meat to marinate if desired or skewer before cooking.
- 5 i prefer to skewer ahead of time.
- 6 marinate at least 8-10 hours but may marinate for up to 3 days.
- 7 turn often to make sure that all the meat gets equal time in marinade.
- 8 cook on grill to desired doneness.
- 9 may be doubled, tripled, etc.
- 10 have around 1/2 lb meat per person.
