Steak On A Stick ---- Full Of Flavor!

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cubed top butt sirloin (fat removed)
  • 1 cup salsa (any one you choose)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup oil (wesson, corn or canola)

Recipe

  • 1 the meat may be cubed as you wish, we usually cube 1 1/2" to 2".
  • 2 i pay the butcher to cut for me.
  • 3 mix all ingredients except meat in large bowl.
  • 4 you may skewer meat to marinate if desired or skewer before cooking.
  • 5 i prefer to skewer ahead of time.
  • 6 marinate at least 8-10 hours but may marinate for up to 3 days.
  • 7 turn often to make sure that all the meat gets equal time in marinade.
  • 8 cook on grill to desired doneness.
  • 9 may be doubled, tripled, etc.
  • 10 have around 1/2 lb meat per person.
