Ingredients

- 1/2 cup potato flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons ice water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 sift flour and baking powder together and set aside.
- 3 add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff, dry peaks form.
- 4 beat egg yolks until thick.
- 5 beat in sugar.
- 6 fold in egg whites.
- 7 add flour mixture and mix well.
- 8 stir in water.
- 9 pour into greased muffin cups.
- 10 bake for 15-20 minutes.
