Pepper Jack Broccoli Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli stems
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cut in cubes
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a skillet, cook the broccoli in a small amount of water until almost done.
  • 3 remove the broccoli from the skillet.
  • 4 drain well.
  • 5 place the broccoli in a casserole dish.
  • 6 place the sliced eggs on top of the broccoli.
  • 7 combine the cream of celery soup and pepper jack cheese cubes.
  • 8 pour the soup/cheese mixture on top of the broccoli and eggs.
  • 9 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 10 bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
