Pepper Jack Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 packages frozen broccoli stems
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cut in cubes
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a skillet, cook the broccoli in a small amount of water until almost done.
- 3 remove the broccoli from the skillet.
- 4 drain well.
- 5 place the broccoli in a casserole dish.
- 6 place the sliced eggs on top of the broccoli.
- 7 combine the cream of celery soup and pepper jack cheese cubes.
- 8 pour the soup/cheese mixture on top of the broccoli and eggs.
- 9 salt and pepper to taste.
- 10 bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
