Oven-baked Sweet Bbq Chops

Ingredients

• 3 lamb chops
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (i use a little more, go according to your tastes)
• salt
• pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine everything in a small saucepan and bring to a boil (doesn't take very long). simmer 5 minutes.
• 2 place 3 lamb chops in a pan (try to find one that they fit snugly in, so the sauce stays around them). spoon sauce on top and cover.
• 3 bake at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
