Mmm.....good! Potato Wedges

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb red potatoes, washed
  • 6 -8 slices bacon, browned and cooked and cut (can be turkey bacon)
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 5 chives, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 cut each potato in half and then into strips.
