Horseradish Jell-o Mold

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 ounce) package jello lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve jell-o and salt in boiling water.
  • 2 add vinegar and pepper.
  • 3 chill until it's only slightly thickened, (check every 15 minuites).
  • 4 combine horseradish, sour cream, and onion in a bowl.
  • 5 add to jell-o.
  • 6 blend well with spoon.
  • 7 place in lightly greased mold, (spray mold lightly with pam or canola oil)
  • 8 chill until firm.
  • 9 you can make a double batch and it will fit perfectly into the tupperware jell-o mold.
