Horseradish Jell-o Mold

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (3 ounce) package jello lemon gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jell-o and salt in boiling water.
- 2 add vinegar and pepper.
- 3 chill until it's only slightly thickened, (check every 15 minuites).
- 4 combine horseradish, sour cream, and onion in a bowl.
- 5 add to jell-o.
- 6 blend well with spoon.
- 7 place in lightly greased mold, (spray mold lightly with pam or canola oil)
- 8 chill until firm.
- 9 you can make a double batch and it will fit perfectly into the tupperware jell-o mold.
