Danish Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, combine water and butter, cook till butter is melted.
- 2 add the flour, baking powder, and salt all at once, stirring vigorously. cook stirring constantly, till mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.
- 3 remove from heat and cool slightly.
- 4 add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. stir in parsley.
- 5 drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into hot soup. cover and simmer 20 minutes.
