Ingredients
- 1 gallon dandelion flowers
- 1 gallon water, boiling
- 1 cake yeast
- 3 lbs sugar
- 3 oranges, diced
- 3 lemons, diced
Recipe
- 1 select fresh flowers, being careful that all of the stems have been removed.
- 2 pour boiling water over flowers, cover with a tea towel and allow to stand for three days.
- 3 strain, add remaining ingredients, cover and let stand for three weeks until fermentation is completed.
- 4 strain out all solids, bottle and cork.
