Sonoma County Egg Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 7 ounces green chilies, chopped
• 1/2 cup bisquick-type baking mix or 1/2 cup flour
• 4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 12 eggs
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash paprika
• pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven 325°.
• 2 spray 13x9 glass dish with non-stick spray.
• 3 toss chiles and baking mix, then spread evenly onto bottom of dish.
• 4 top with shredded cheese.
• 5 in a large bowl, beat remaining ingredients, and pour over cheese.
• 6 bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until light brown.
