Sonoma County Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 7 ounces green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup bisquick-type baking mix or 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash paprika
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 325°.
- 2 spray 13x9 glass dish with non-stick spray.
- 3 toss chiles and baking mix, then spread evenly onto bottom of dish.
- 4 top with shredded cheese.
- 5 in a large bowl, beat remaining ingredients, and pour over cheese.
- 6 bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until light brown.
