- 1 (8 -10 ounce) jar pace picante sauce
- 32 saltine crackers (1 sleeve)
- 2 lbs ground beef (i recommend 90/10 for less grease)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix all ingredents except ketchup.
- 3 spread into a large casserole dish.
- 4 cover with ketchup.
- 5 bake 30-45 minutes until done.
