Mexican Lamb Steak

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb blade steaks, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 cooking directions.
  • 2 heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown lamb steaks on both sides. combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
