Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 turn a small cup open side down. use it to cut a hole in the bread.
- 2 fry it in a medium hot pan and toast for a few seconds on stove.
- 3 crack the egg into the hole.
- 4 let it cook 2mins. on one side.
- 5 flip it.
- 6 cook it for another minute
- 7 if you don't like a soft center, cook it for another minute or two.
- 8 i personally like to dip my bread in the egg!
