So Easy Turkey Chili

Ingredients

- 64 ounces chicken stock
- 3 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 1 cooked rotisserie turkey breast, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) jar medium salsa
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can low salt corn niblets, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed fine
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into a large pot, bring to a boil and quickly turn down to low heat, stirring to blend in the melting cheese.
- 2 remove from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes to allow the chili to thicken slightly before serving.
- 3 serve with tostados or tortilla chips, sour cream, and more grated cheddar, enjoy!
