Ingredients
- 5 avocados, ripe, peel & pit
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped, 1 medium
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
