Salsa Cruda Ii

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes, cored and halved
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped fine
  • 5 serrano chilies, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 broil the tomatoes until blackened.
  • 2 peel chop and puree for a few pulses in the blender.
  • 3 add with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  • 4 serve.
