Fabulous Barbecue Meatballs

Ingredients

• Servings: 5
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups quick oats
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons garlic salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 1 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe

• 1 mix all meatball ingredients together and form into balls. i use my largest ice cream/cookie scoop and place them in a 12x16-inch pan.
• 2 mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. bake at 350°f uncovered for 1 hour.
