Southwest Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped (or you may use papayas or guava)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 strain if using mango.
