Mexi Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs (about 1 slice)
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce, bottled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lb ground beef

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium mixing bowl, combine the crumbs, chili sauce, egg, onion, salt and garlic powder.
  • 2 add ground beef and mix well.
  • 3 shape meat mixture into 30 to 32 meatballs.
