Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 2 avocados
- 3 celery ribs
- 3 green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 46 ounces v8 vegetable juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 cut up first five ingredients into small bite size pieces.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 chill for 24 hours.
