Summer Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp (cooked and peeled)
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 46 ounces v8 vegetable juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut up first five ingredients into small bite size pieces.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 chill for 24 hours.
