Salsa Cruda I

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, cored and halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 3 teaspoons cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 squeeze out the seeds and place them cut side down and roast under a broiler till skins brown/blacken.
  • 2 cool peel chop mix with other stuff.
  • 3 let stand 15 minutes.
  • 4 toss well.
