Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, cored and halved
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 3 teaspoons cilantro
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 squeeze out the seeds and place them cut side down and roast under a broiler till skins brown/blacken.
- 2 cool peel chop mix with other stuff.
- 3 let stand 15 minutes.
- 4 toss well.
