Pineapple Pie

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple (crushed or chunked, your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 ready-made pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs, then add 1 cup sugar, or less (to your liking).
  • 2 mix, and add pineapple, flour, and stick of margarine.
  • 3 beat well.
  • 4 pour into ready made pie shell.
  • 5 bake for 15 min, at 425 degrees, then turn down to 350 degrees and finish baking for another 20 min or until firm.
  • 6 let cool.
  • 7 enjoy!
