Ingredients

- 1 (4 ounce) can ortega chilies, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk (i use pet brand)
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
