Ortega Chili Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 (4 ounce) can ortega chilies, chopped
• 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk (i use pet brand)
• 8 ounces monterey jack cheese
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons flour

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
