Chicken Breasts Southwestern

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, skiined and halved
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 in 9" square baking pan stir together all marinade ingredients.
- 2 add chicken breasts, marinate turning oncein refrigerator at least 45 minutes.
- 3 meanwhile, prepare grill placing coals to one side, heat until coals are ash .
- 4 make aluminum foil drip pan, place oppisite coals.
- 5 remove chicken from marinade, drain.
- 6 grill chicken 7 minutes, turn, continue grilling until fork tender.
- 7 top each chicken breast with 2 slices of cheese. continue grilling until cheese begins to melt.
- 8 serve with salsa on top of chicken pieces.
