Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon coconut extract
- 2 -4 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- mint leaf
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a blender and mix on high until frothy.
- 2 pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
- 3 for a thicker variation, freeze the pineapple juice in ice trays and blend.
