Emilie's Spanish Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups basmati rice, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped and saute until soft
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped and sauted
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 can chopped mild green chili (or you can use jalepeno if you are brave)

Recipe

  • 1 toss ingrediets with rice.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
