Ingredients

- 4 cups basmati rice, cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped and saute until soft
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped and sauted
- 1 can rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 can chopped mild green chili (or you can use jalepeno if you are brave)
Recipe
- 1 toss ingrediets with rice.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
