- 8 lean lamb chops
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 brown chops in a hot skillet.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
- 3 bake covered at 350°f for 1 hour.
- 4 turn chops once during baking.
- 5 makes 8 servings.
